What types of reservation flows do you support?

We can support pretty much any flow. Among the most popular are: 1) Fixed-time fixed-space reservation (book specific date and time, specific space or category - VIP / EV / tenant / resident, etc.). 2) Fixed entry reservation (book specific date/time and pay for the total duration of stay).

Is parking lock (bollard) mandatory?

It is not mandatory, depends if you want to enforce illegal parking or reserve spaces for certain categories (VIP / EV / tenant, etc.), or not.

Is parking lock (bollard) wired?

Accepted Answer

We can provide both wired or battery-based. Battery lasts for up to 3 years on one charge, charger is included.

Question 4

How long does it take to deploy your system?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the scope. 1 space (bay) normally takes up to 1 hour to install. In addition, a gateway box is needed to operate up to 100 locks/bollards within a pre-determined radius depending on your car park layout. Installation of an AI cameras normally takes 2-7 hours, depending on the number of devices and placement of control box.

Will a car be scratched?
