UrbanChain Group Inc. (“UCG”) announced the launch of two new smart parking and access control projects in Florida, further accelerating the company’s deployment of AI‑driven infrastructure across the United States.

The first project is located in a gated residential community, where UrbanChain has implemented an AI‑enabled automated access and enforcement system. The installation uses 3 AI cameras, each dedicated to one of three entry lanes, to read rear license plates in real time. The system detects unauthorized vehicles, flags illegal parking activity, and, for registered residents and approved guests, automatically triggers the barrier gate to open. This delivers instant, touch‑free access while reducing congestion at the gatehouse and minimizing the need for on‑site staffing.

The second project focuses on a truck parking facility, where UrbanChain has deployed an AI‑based access and security layer tailored to commercial vehicles. The system combines USDOT number recognition with license plate recognition to verify authorized trucks upon entry and exit. By monitoring vehicle movements and access patterns, the solution not only controls gate operations but also detects tailgating and other unauthorized entry attempts, enhancing security and compliance for the operator and its customers.

These Florida deployments mark an important step in UrbanChain’s strategy to transform existing parking assets into digitally managed, higher‑yield infrastructure. By layering AI‑driven access control, automated enforcement, and real‑time data collection onto existing sites, UrbanChain enables owners and operators to improve security, user experience, and operational efficiency without speculative ground‑up development.
